Shipping Info
RAZA Exclusive Hides understand that handling, shipping and delivery is part of our valuable offer. We are convinced that we do not market only products; instead of that, we provide exclusive products accompanied of a personalized service and efficient delivery.
 
·         Handling:All items are meticulously packed to ensure they reach our customers in perfect conditions.
·      Shipping: Our logistic partners are DHL and FedEx, in which we have special low rates. You can save in shipping for multiple orders. We do not ship to APO/FPO/P.O. Boxes
·       Delivery: Stock items should be delivered worldwide within 1 week, while customized items not in stock may be delivered worldwide within 3-6 weeks. Please contact us for specific delivery time information. Items are typically delivered to your door and do not include in-home setup. If you are not home when your package arrives, the delivery service will leave a slip on your door detailing that company’s procedures for having your package re-delivered or picked up.
·         Tracking: As soon as the order is dispatched tracking number and instructions are sent by e-mail, letting our customers to track in the web their consignments from the departure in Argentina to the end destination.
 
Multiple Orders
Customers can save in shipping when place multiple orders. Please contact us for specific shipping cost information when placing multiple orders.
 
Taxes
International Orders: Destination’s custom duties and taxes are not included in the purchase price nor shipping charge. It is advisable to check locally to determine what possible fees, custom duties and/or taxes may be charged. This information can be obtained from your local custom, custom agents or FedEx’s Customer Service: www.fedex.com   / DHL’s Customer Service: www.dhl.com
 
National Orders: Prices include VAT of 21%. Customers can request invoice “A” or “B” according their tax registration.
 
Returns & Refunds

RAZA Exclusive Hides provide warranty for all faults in manufacturing or material.
 
Defective Items: If you believe your item is defective or it have manufacturing faults and wish to exchange it, you must first contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item and we will be glad to send you a replacement, refund or credit your account. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery.
 
Damaged Items: Even though we use professional shippers and movers, accidents may occasionally happen. While we rarely experience this, if you do find a problem, we will make it right. Any damaged or defective shipment must be noted on your signed delivery slip and it must be noted to our customer service desk within 7 days of receipt of the item.
 
Returns: It is very important that you DO NOT send anything back to RAZA Exclusive Hides without receiving the RAN (Return Authorization Number) from us first.
As our products are shipped from Argentina, there are restrictions regarding returns due to international fees incurred (freight, custom duties, taxes, etc.). Returns or refunds are accepted due to quality issues and/or defects or damage caused in the manufacturing process or shipment; however, we regret that we can not accept returns based on buyer's remorse or due to any incorrect space measurements on your part. We do wish to accommodate special circumstances, so please contact us if you have an issue requiring further discussion.
